![]() □ Willing to travel to UT and NM occasionally □ Create e-learning courses available on demand for employees □ Participate in the review, customization, testing, and implementation of new firm applications and product upgrades develop associated training and documentation □ Continually improve training modules by working with attorneys and professional staff best use firm technologies and maximize efficiencies to help deliver exceptional client service □ Coordinate with IT and HR to identify skill gaps and develop associated materials and training modules □ Create and conduct ongoing training on existing firm systems both at the enterprise, office, practice group, and individual level □ Create and conduct new hire orientation training on firm systems □ Lead training assessment process, including creating documentation and learning plans, and delivering training for enterprise technology solutions The successful candidate will work with administration, attorneys, and professional staff to evaluate existing technology solutions and create associated documentation, curricula, and training plans, as well as helping to evaluate and develop customizations and project implementation for new technologies.
